Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been placed you will be contacted by an Ascender Outdoor's representative to confirm the order you have placed. Upon confirmation from you, our team will dispatch your order and send you a tracking ID on Whatsapp.
